A career at Merapar
Most of our work now has AI in it somewhere: recommendation engines running against real audiences, assistants people trust with their own documents, and the platforms underneath them. It has to reach production and stay there, which is the part that is actually hard.

We train our people to be AI-native
AI is changing how software gets built, and we would rather our engineers learn that first-hand than read about it. So we invest in getting the whole team there.
- Anthropic and Claude training, alongside the AWS and Google Cloud certifications we have always supported. Nineteen of our engineers are Claude Certified, sixteen of them as Claude Certified Architect – Professional, and Merapar is Certified in the Claude Partner Network. The team also holds more than 200 active AWS certifications.
- The certificate is not really the point. The point is that our engineers work this way themselves every day, so they can lead a client into it rather than only advise on it.
- When you join Merapar, you take part in development and training programmes, with plenty of room to grow in your field and as a professional.
- We are a team of specialists who like sharing what we know, so there is always someone to think a problem through with.
